Asking for a review of what is hopefully a long term product on day 1 is unlikely to provide useful insight to readers. That being said, the chair seems very solid and mostly well made with good materials. However, the arm rests don’t feel good at all. They don’t feel solid, and in fact rattle and sound cheap and plastic. They are probably not cheap or plastic, but that’s what they sound like. For the removal of doubt, the arms are secured to the base with sufficient force, it is the movable bits up top that rattle. This is on day 1, so is only likely to get worse.
The other thing that I was not impressed with after spending hundreds of dollars on a chair was the tags attached to the backrest, on the side my back will be against. (AFRDI rated load and 10 yr guarantee tags.) These were attached using one of those plastic threads often used to attach tags to clothing.
In the case of the clothing, you have access to both sides, so when you cut the plastic thread, you can remove both pieces. I don’t have access to the inside of the chair, so after cutting the plastic thread as close to the backrest as I could, I am still left with a piece of hard, sharp plastic near the middle of the back rest. Very much less than ideal. I don’t think this needs to be attached, but if it really is a necessity, surely attaching this to the outwards facing part of the backrest would decrease the chance of it being an issue.
Overall pretty solid, but feeling quite let down on the 2 fronts mentioned above.

The chair is mighty comfortable. Well, the sitting part is. It came to me without the steel plate that attaches the back to the base, so i havent really gotten a good chance to enjoy it
