As a tall individual the lumbar support causes discomfort in any position, the automatic depth adjustment clicks when I sink into into the chair as it slides and bangs into some metal part, the arm rests feel incredibly cheap, why can we twist the top of the armrests?. It could be an error on my end, though the chair in store was the same with a little less clicking on the automatic depth adjuster, All of the other chairs we tried were the same or worse with the armrests, was hoping for a more comfortable chair during long sessions.
