Transforming Majesty Mortgage and Insurance Advisors with ergonomic resimercial office chairs
Majesty Mortgage & Insurance Advisors relocated their workspace into a new industrial-feel premise in Mount Maunganui, New Zealand.
Interior designers Urban Lounge Interiors transformed the blank canvas into a warm and inviting space that made their home-buying clients feel relaxed, while still maintaining a professional atmosphere.
Their design concept was based around the idea of bringing a sense of home to the workspace. A strategic decision to create a space that aligned with Majesty Mortgage Brokers’ brand identity. In our opinion, Urban Lounge Interiors have done a stunning job carefully curating the colours, textures, furnishings and art.
The space includes an entrance area, private meeting rooms, a kitchen space and an office area for the team. The office area features our Buro Mentor ergonomic office chairs, to prioritise the team’s health and wellbeing.

Our Buro in-house upholstery team based in our Auckland warehouse, custom upholstered the seat and backrests of six Buro Mentor chairs in tan coloured Eastwood fabric from Warwick. The outcome is incredible, the chairs exude warmth and are comforting, further enhancing the resimercial feel.

“In selected areas the Lombok wall coverings bring in the same sage green tones while adding a layer of texture and interest. Melteca desks in a warm walnut tone, vegan leather office chairs and a resimercial carpet tile underfoot all combine to continue the residential feel of the space. Using the faux plants (no watering!) in lieu of desk dividers between the desks creates a sense of privacy, freshness and softness while the tan office chairs were chosen to give that home office feel, without compromising on the ergonomics required.”
