March Madness Promotion Terms and Conditions
The winner of this promotion was Total Office National Pty Ltd.
1. Every order of more than $1,000 (excl gst) of Buro products during the promotion period by eligible Buro resellers, will be placed into the prize draw to win 1 x $2,500 Westfield gift card.
2. This competition is run on behalf of Buro Australia, with its registered office at 9/30 Florence St, Teneriffe QLD 4005, Australia.
3. The promotion runs from 9am Friday 1 March 2024 to 5:00pm on Thursday 28 March 2024. Buro Australia may extend, cancel or amend this competition and/or review and update these terms and conditions on its website at any time, at its sole discretion.
4. This prize draw is open to eligible Buro resellers who place an order for more than $1,000 (excl GST) of Buro products within the promotion period. To be eligible to participate, resellers will be sent an introductory March Madness eDM with the promotion offer. Every order of more than $1,000 (excl gst) by eligible Buro resellers during the promotion period, will constitute an entry into the prize draw.
5. One (1) Winner will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries before Friday 5 April 2024.
6. The winner will be notified by email by Friday 12 April 2024. If we have made a reasonable attempt to contact the Winner, and that Winner has not responded within five business days, or the Winner is unable to use the Prize, the Prize will be forfeited and Buro will randomly choose another Winner. In the event of any dispute, Buro’s decision is final.
7. The Prize cannot be transferred to others, or exchanged for cash or other benefits and cannot be split.
8. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Buro shall not be liable in any way (including, without limitation, in negligence), for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, without limitation, direct, indirect or consequential loss), or for any loss or damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the Promotion.
9. By accepting the Prize, the Winner agrees to participate in any publicity related to their Prize, and that Buro can use the Winner’s likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording) in any media for an unlimited period of time without payment, to promote Buro and any of its other products.
10. Any personal information which we collect from you will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
